Hino Tipper customers are spoilt for choice – from the smallest 300 Series Standard Cab 616, to the 300 Series 917 in Wide and Crew Cab variants, right up to the 500 Series Hino Genuine Tippers.  

All Hino Genuine tipper bodies are manufactured in Japan using high quality steel and feature drop sides and auto opening tailgates. Selected models also feature rope rails, easy to use barn style rear door openings and body lock.

The 300 Series 616 Standard Cab Tipper starts the ball rolling with car-like features including Hino SmartSafe active technology, true automatic transmission and independent front suspension. It can haul an impressive 1.7 tonnes of payload on a car licence and features a 1.9m overall body width to squeeze into tights spaces.

The Wide Cab and Crew Cab variants come in body lengths between 3.1m and 4m and payload up to 4.7 tonne.

Available in Standard, Wide and Crew Cab variants, the Hino 300 Series TradeAce is factory fitted with a Hino Genuine alloy tray, complete with ladder racks, in addition to the Hino 300 Series already extensive list of standard features including Hino SmartSafe and in cab technology.

The recently introduced Crew Cab variants, allows customers to have the option to own a truly versatile vehicle. With a towing capacity of 3,500kg and increased seating capacity of 7, the Crew Cab models are able to work hard during the week and can accommodate family activities on the weekend. 

Recently new to the market, the Alloy Tray range features the same base aluminium tray body specifications and specs as the Hino TradeAce models, however are sold without the ladder racks or Nudge/Bullbar. 

All Hino Genuine aluminium trays are constructed from high grade aluminium extrusions, which is both light and strong to maximise payloads while providing a durable tray body solution. 

The new Alloy Tray range also includes Australia’s most powerful Japanese-built light-duty truck, the new 721 model. With an impressive 205hp and 600Nm of torque when matched to the six-speed double overdrive automatic transmission. 

The Hino Genuine Alloy Tray and TradeAce models can be rated at either 4,495kg GVM to be driven on a car licence or 6,500kg GVM for light-rigid licence. They really are designed to be true hard working trucks.

For customers needing a tray tough enough to handle hard, heavy work and point loads, the SteelAce is a must. Available in 616 and 617 Wide Cab variants to suit car licence or 716 and 717 variants for maximum payload of 3 tonne, the Hino 300 Series SteelAce features a full size head-board matched to two steel ladder racks. Fitted with a with a Hino Genuine steel tray, with removable drop sides with access steps at the front and rear of the body. This is all in addition to a Hino Genuine Bullbar and the extensive list of standard features of the 300 Series including Hino SmartSafe and in cab technology.
